SHIPPING

We ship all orders from Queensland, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of being placed. There may be a slight delay during peak or holiday periods.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free shipping for all orders over 150. Orders under 150 will incur a $10 shipping fee. We offer an express shipping option at checkout for $15.

 

USA

NEW ZEALAND

All items are sent via Aus Post or SENDLE (Couriers Please or Aramex) - We offer free shipping on orders over $150NZD. All order under $150NZD will incur a $15 shipping fee.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

We offer free DHL express shipping to all countries outside of Australia depending on the amount of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery country.

Please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive via DHL Express. 

Any payable taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout and we guarantee there will be no additional charges on delivery. Some regions may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment, other regions may have to option to prepay or pay upon delivery.
